Looks are subjective, and frankly we usually judge that ourselves. Folks here look for a good HJ / HDLY, nice catbath, edging teasing, a good BJ, etc. So what's special to make good?

I can only say that I was pleased with the overall service, that’s why I rated as great. I was able to release pretty quick (despite usually taking a bit more time) with her teasing and good HJ.
