Hard for any new player to change, as it is all controlled by Mummy. Almost all the mummy know one another one way or another. You don't accept their terms, they won't work for you. No mummy = no girls.
Unless you are capable to bring in girls yourself, you are unlikely to break the monopoly. The mummy not only run KTV here, but sometimes they are partners of KTV back in vietnam too.
