If you had bought property last 5 years will have at least more than 10% ROi...
Currently have to wait after so many cooling measures...or daring to go overseas buy property...
Buy physical gold and silver...remember gold and silver dun have interest...never deposit with any company...
Buy value stocks with potential but I dun advise becos risky...no public lisyed company are prudent...the companies always paid the directors well and even losing money still pay...
Buy endowment plan using cpf money...usually 100% returns after maturiy...
To me any interest rate of 4 to 5% will not make me withdraw CPF money to put in FD...no FD rates guaranteed for life...but CPF rates is guaranteed..
