Yes it's painful but bearable, and no she didn't get me erected. I didn't do JG for a long time and was in so much pain that there was zero thoughts of release. But the effects are better than the usual sensual JG. Took her advice of not drinking cold water and it worked pretty well so far. Might rtm soon.
