Chemistry and KC is universal regardless of whether you are in Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia, Europe, USA etc. That is all part of human nature. If you click you can get just about anything and probably don't need to pay an extra charge even when an extra charge is listed.
My beef is when the okt or FL advertises frenching/kissing but at the session the WL/FL avoids frenching/ kissing because like you claimed, you need to know how to KC and have Chemistry to get it.
This is misrepresentation. If the WL/FL is picky and choosy as to which customer she wishes to provide frenching/kissing then the advert should not state that she provides frenching/kissing. This would then rule out any misunderstanding and unhappiness.
Now as for the samster who zapped me over my suggestion of charging extra for frenching /kissing and leaving this rude comment below without having the balls to leave his nick:

If you are happy to live with the uncertainty of whether you shall actually get frenching/kissing even when it is advertised, then all well and good. But don't come back bitching if sometime down the line you don't get frenching/kissing when it is advertised.
