If I recall correctly, the spa9 encounter didnt have name and shame either? The spa got a lot of ‘advertisement’ from it tho lol.
But maybe also cause they didn’t kena. If kena then maybe all named. That is not to say the family members, friends and colleagues don’t know about the quarantine.
