Siam Hotel (Petcburi Road) used to be a hot zone for such activities until recent crackdown. I was there last night and it seemed the buzz is back. This time , it's further down the road - walked down 100m from the hotel (away from the highway). SYTs are plentiful, lining up the streets and cars are crawling at snail's pace, grabbing them at a single swoop and the atmosphere is electric - saw fights between pimps as well. So for those who are keen on the "roving" scene, check this place out.
