I jolly understand that the website has no control over what its listings do in reality, but the least it can do is to not delete frank reviews like mine and publish only sugarcoated, fake ones.

Lower your expectation. Integrity doesn't exist with these webmsater. Only money talks and the WL are the one paying their pay cheque.
