Yes you're right bro. Those chairs, machines, etc are all gimmicks to try to compete with the younger MLs and mark their prices up. What I did was to decline all those options and go for the very basic service. Then I see what they say and how they react. You can tell a lot about them from this. Both Joyce and Ella had no problems and dished out their services with the same work ethic and attitude. Its people like Ying Ying I cannot stand. Starts grumbling and say other customers take the other services, blah blah.. pui.
