Looks: 7.5-8/10 I would put her in the 23-24 year old range, a uni girl kind of look. Not too innocent, not too mature, a good spot in between. Not gorgeous but definitely much better than average.
Body: 8/10 Decently lean for any normal girl along with a pair of nicely sized boobs.
Massage: 7.5 Self taught, does some back stepping. Puts in the effort for sure. It isn't piano and it isn't super strong. I actually enjoyed it, like your GF massaging for you.
HJ: 7.5-8/10. She's like Qing Chuan, half nude, sits next to you / lies next to you. But she is less vanilla than QC, has some technique and some sensuality. I did ask her to change positions etc and she was very accommodating and it got better and better. With some practice, I think she'd be great.
Location: Very easy to get if you drive, otherwise, maybe a bit tough. Space is quite dark, a bit messy on the living areas but the room itself was decently clean.
