Thats was what I had thought initially but try 2 times liao and really had to think twice again before doing so, they will go hell out of their way to make it so difficult to get your cash refunds
and I am tokking about Ass-Ai-Eh and not budget airlines, my Cambodia ticket alone took me whole 8 months just to get the refund but credit voucher took only 1 day WTF
have not even tok about the numerous calls & emails I made before I could finally get it
I know their strategy is to delay all refunds as it will affect their operating cashflow due to the pandemic but this is really ridiculous
