In a proper licensed shop, cannot be too extreme, only do hush hush stuff, easy to cover up. That is why the MLs insist customer must wear the shorts and customer can roam but not allowed to strip them. So not easy to get caught red handed. Shops normally get faulted and fined for other offences in the massage establishment act - things like never keep proper register or opening beyond prescribed hours.
But for those operate in condo, illegal types, it is enough for the AV to just barge in and see massage setup. Up lorry liao.
