Sounds implausible except .....
But for those unsuccessful ones - assuming no issues biologically - all boils down to timing (menstrual cycle) and how regular / accurate the particular lady's cycle.
If the lady's cycle / phase can be predicted fairly accurately, then you can even raw with full confidence during her "safe" timing, and she won't get pregnant. That's why some people so-called try and try with no result.
But if you mis-count even once, lol, happy father's day!
