bro, if u had run a few test and even diagnosed by doc to be clean, 99% chance u really are.
so maybe u should stop thinking about it because it kills u faster mentally. blood test is usually the most accurate and cannot go wrong.
if the problem persist, i suggest u going to see GP or skin specialist instead as it could be due to some skin reaction or infection.
