Ditto if you're late. Your one-hour appointment is 6 pm but you reach only at 6.15 pm. Even if this is due to something not within your control, would be good if you leave before 7 pm so as to not affect the next session, for both WL and customer. This is just a gentleman thing to do.
Please don't ask for extension if there is a booking right after you. Do not throw tantrums if there's no extension.
There will surely be opportunities in the future for you to "get back" your 15 minutes if you talk nicely to the lady and should you decide to return.

I totally agree with you. Well said. However it has happened to me before that the ML has her regular and he was late causing a knock on effect. The ML should also not allow the customers to put them in a difficult position. If an ML says she is running late due to client starting late of over running I cancel the appointment on the spot. This has giving me a bad name amongst some ML
