The SOP can be easily understood if working in a manufacturing line.
I dun know what is your constant reminders. It might be too repetitive or not explained properly or whatever. That's why cannot follow. Sometimes dun keep on repeating the same reminders. These kind of thing is their personal affairs.
If u are doing much higher than operator/technician job, then u need to be aware that SOP is not everything. If SOP is everything, then any tom dick harry can do the job, no need us. If u dun understand, then so be it.
I got crimp cat5 cables and do other electrical wiring, mind you. And this is normal. Other manufacturing lines is much more worse. So dun make SOP like a very big thing. As for NEWBIES here, this is not a fresh grad happy reading and understanding affair, i will not entertain u ppl, so fuck off to ur google office.
