One fella that followed me occasionally to Laos & Myanmar also encountered this despite my constant reminders to keep all his valuables out of touch & sight, moreover he only discovered his loss after he have kicked that girl out of his room after dissatisfaction with the girl as cannot do this & that....
My standard SOP is firstly nothing is ever left outside other than my soiled clothing and all valuables or even tablets are kept in my locked bag or safe box the moment I leave my hotel room. In the night when the moment I go back to my room with my girl I will always be the 1st to go shower, then after shower I will ask my girl to shower while then I will keep my wallet & $$$ without her watching me
