Re: Beijing Recommendations
Bro bjboo,
What Mark said is very true. I have seen cases like that happening to our fellow Singaporeans. Its the same old story/tactics over and over again whether you are in PRC or in Singapore. The wife of a lawyer friend of mine filed for divorce after she found out his rendevous with PRCs, and that was just one month after giving birth to their first kid.
Btw I'm a cheongster back home and I've just relocated to BJ with my PRC wife. Yes, I married a PRC and I think I can give my 2 cents worth of advise in this forum. Marrying a PRC is not easy. I dun mean the paperwork, which is the easy part. I got her a PR in 3 weeks flat. I'm telling you all these cause there's a possibility that you mightl fall under her 'spell' and want to marry her, especially when you are a new bird in this field. My advise is to open your eyes big big, always seek advise from this forum or experience friends, and always verify what she said or do.
A cheongster friend of mine said that he treats PRCs as tissue paper, use and throw away. Never keep a mistress/Er Nai and always go home to your wife every night no matter how late it is. And make sure you dispose off your tissue paper properly, don't let it stick under your shoe or you will have a hard time explaining to your wife when you get home. Get it?
PRCs will always be PRCs and the same principles apply whether you are married or not. The most important thing, as Mark said, is not to let your small head rule over your big head.
