Should be kenna from the neighbor of the opposite unit,
I’d visited one ML whose condo is at the very end of that road last November.
I heard the neighbor shouting “ can you please return me my fresh air, I’m suffocating because of the smell flown into my house” etc Upon reaching her unit.
Highlighted this issue to her n never RTM since.
