Exactly! Its really not being very intelligent, doing all that at the point an epidemic. Worse is they hold a conference meeting with many big heads to decide on that.
Its like when i was at Grand Batam Mall on 16th March, lobby 1 entrance was doing temperature scanning, but lobby 2 and lobby 3 isnt,hehehe...so anyone who wish to skip temperature scan from the security can just go into the mall through other lobbies.

side note : i notice most if not all who were holding the non-contact temperature scanner in Batam do not even know how to use it properly)
Thats how Indonesia authorities do things, when they try to "boost public confidence".
One side ask people to prioritize hygiene,health etc, on the other side cut the means and ways to do so.

An Indonesian singing Chinese song in Batam. Not rare but its definitely not a common sight.
