I know we all sort of live by this code by being here for so long.
But just curious, do you all go for like regular (e.g annual at least) check ups to check if you are clear of any issues especially for those with family, or do you just let it be and only go for checks only when you suspect some issues like sores appearing or when you suspect the girl you visited had problems?
