If you looking for decent KTV like SG then go to ZON...... there is clean joint with minimal playabilty due to the frequent visits / patrols by the MIB.
Slightly more higher playability can try those around KSL, Dato Abdullah, Tebrau areas but these are still consider tame and carrot joints as many Singkies like to patronize here.
The wild and hiong joints are further into the outskirts like masai, molek, austin, johor jaya, skudai etc....... mainly locals patronize these joints so if you are Singkie dun go and put on your boastful Sinkaporean airs. The locals a bit tulan Singkies howlian anyhow throw money. We always proclaim ourselves as jiuhukia and act malaysian whenever we are there.
Best is get a private room so dun have to meet any locals..... and can orgy to your hearts content when high enough. Alcohol + pills + loud music + sexy girls always get happening.
