CAN perform and WANT to perform is two different things.
I guess the way they work is classify customers into different categories.

For low class SES, join the queue n take number.
From my experience, the MLs here dun value RTMs at all. Unless you are those VIPs.
They will still take in low SES customers (those never tip) though, mainly just to fill in the gaps. So expect half fark service all the way.
