I like to mix it up with her, so my experiences with her hardly felt commercial. Lots of laughter, cuddling, fondling. Her "human-ness" shines through with me.

No lah bro, when I term an ML commercial FEEL, it's exactly about the feel she exudes. Nothing to do with how she perform her services (though the sensual parts some can come across as overly commercialised, but that's a different topic for another time). Certainly won't be faulting an ML who can deliver impeccable services.
As bro Blu3 pointed out, it's the human interaction part that determines whether a ML give me the commercial feel. You know it when it happens lah, addressing you 亲爱的 or 哥哥 repeatedly for first time texting or face to face, passionate hug to welcome you when first time you step in or leaving, agreeing with practically everything views or things you say, hardly exhibit own personality, praising you lots or saying you are one of her best customer when you maybe only first or 2nd time with her. That's the gist of what I term "commercial". It's not a nitpicking by any means coz some bros like this kind and want to experience this same level of commercial consistency with every visit, that is exactly why some MLs trained themselves to be this category of service provider.
For me, I prefer my ML to have more personality in interactions and behaviour. That is ultimately my own determination factor for RTM. Coz I know everytime I visit the interactions will not be the ML following the " service 101" guidebook. That is just my personal preference anyway
