Also, the house/room is usually dim/dark, so obviously the lady will look darker also... if you turn on the ceiling light you'll have a better view  , but sometimes the light is yellowish color which makes the skin look darker also.

Amazing point bro. If you notice that the background super bright then the girl will be "fair skinned" as well.
I can understand that if we show thai tan most guys would just pass but the reality is 95% of the the thai girls working now are tanned. In fact it's not "tanned" per se it's just that is their natural skin tone.
