What's your approach towards their in-session phone usage?
If she uses it too much during my first session, I'll just drop her from my list. "Too much" depends on individual, but answering a call in the midst is simply rude and disrespectful.
If she becomes more of a regular and gets a bit too complacent, I'll tell her off in no uncertain terms.
