Agreed. Compared to the rest in that category, Tian Xin is rather average.
I never did rtm also because when I visited her the one and only time, she actually answered a phone call and had a conversation with the customer while servicing me. Not once but twice. He called back asking silly things. Yet she didn't say busy, but had a conversation explaining this and that to him. A big no no in my books.
