Ha ha, yes, I also heard similar stories of the WLs being bullied at the AV office. They were treated like recruits and have to greet the officers "Good morning, Sir" or Good morning, Ma'am" when the go into the room. Not doing that will result in a scolding and told to "get out and wait" until the officer song song call them in.
