New upper echelons in the police force got a lot of new scholars and hardcore Christian fundamentalists. Unlike the older officers who believed in a balance of power and tend not to wipe out anything. The newer management do not believe in "after hour" activities- Christian fundamentalists marry as early as 21-22 yrs old so they can have sex legally and righteously, instead of hanky panky like some of our single bros here to satisfy our manly needs.
