I think what you should do first is start collecting points.
When you have many points, then people will respect you.
Of course you must also attend networking sessions like TCSS gathering and cheong with samsters and bro here and there with them.
But then must be steady lah, dont secretly collect commision or be a CB kia bad mouthed other people behind their back. lol
