Actually a lot depends on how close you are to your fren
if it is a Sinkie fren and you are taking the trouble to travel all the way there to attend his wedding this means you both should be quite close so allow him the benefit of a better ang pow standard (i.e. Sinkie standard) instead of using their local vietnam standards to decide
