There is a duck club in Singapore, tons of rich old women gather there, think of it like a siam diu but the genders are reversed.
That is where these unicorns are.
Was approached by the boss of one of these places before who mentioned if I knew any super hot men to be topless on these stages. But that was about 4 years ago.

So yes, they do exist, but they are in a very secure bubble, and the men they have on the stages are all model standards so it's really quite difficult.
