Actually...all places close at 12mindnight...government law...wat the clubs tell the polices is that they are new....therefore must extend opening hours after midnight to generate the customer base....but 6 months down the road, the clubs still use the same excuse....go figure.....
however....I have heard of newspapaer reports that the government has decided to extend opening hours....still trying to find that newspaper clipping...
