Yes they are, my friend is still feeling the effects. Volcano's biz has improved ever since they completed renovations about 1 month ago.

Yes it is. it is long overdue fro a renovation. They recently changed location of the entrance. It is also time for them to renovate the interior. However it is still a place you are guaranted of picking up a FL.

Palace just opened about 3 months ago and is considered new but my personal opinion is that the view at Volcano is still better. however chnaces of picking up FLs in Palace is better than Volcano
