Novotel itself has a spa that has some action.
$50 oil massage + 40,000 HJ including autoroam
Sports Bar sometimes can pick up, but quite rare
Novotel also girl friendly
I don't think I can recommend anything else within walking distance but a 5-10min taxi ride away is Pioneer club. you can read the details of Pioneer from previous pages
