If you are afraid of getting "heaty", you can
1. drink a full glass of water after every morning or night intake.
2. include fruit juice into your daily diet
3. add salt to Coke, cooling water or any carbonated beverage
4. include herbal cooling water into your daily diet
Actually just the first point would be sufficient.
