Now a days OK KTV (formerly called Wonderfull) is coming up again,WL have quite a few.I would say that the "KTV's" that have the most WL would be OK,Jenny and Suriya.(I might be wrong hor) But pls note that all three of these "KTV" also have a high % of WL that are non-IC holder's.(why do you you think that when the Bangkok police comes to H-city the first few places that they "raid" are these three?) But of course non-IC holder's can be found all over H-city.
