Actually we are under 30, well build/dressed/clean and we tipped every one, even if I don't understand why I have to tip evry 2 minutes the waiter. We bought drinks to a couple of ladies and I'm ok with that, is how it works.
The only thing might be the beard? We have beards, you know it's a sign of manliness in Europe
