Rather than worrying about girls not being able to get to your room, another thing you should worry about is hotel staff divulging information about you or opening doors to your room for visitors they know is your companion (includes booking girls) and assume you will be fine with then doing so.
Case in point..
A certain bro here is surprised that I rang him up in his room on one of his private trip. And kept asking me how I knew he's in that hotel and even to the extend of the room he's staying in.
Another incident relating to the second scenario.. is I read over here one. Bro happens to be out while his girl goes back to joint to change clothes due to extension of booking. When she's back, the hotel staff opened the room for her to enter the room. Granted, the hotel staff may have known that thus girl is the bro's companion. But, what if this girl is dishonest? Clean up any valuable then leave, pretending never ever came back before? This may be a bit far fetch. But, being in a foreign land, always assume things that might screw up, will screw up.
