What u gonna to do in Sihanouk for 7 days???? unless u have business there else u will die of boredom.... if u have 7 days then better go explore around.
I went twice, once with a ger from riverside, another with an office ger. With the riverside ger, we did not agree on any price but on the last day, when I sent her home, I gave her 150 for 3 days 2 nights.
I drove from PP, needed both of them to be my translator for the whole trip
