Frankly, I don't blame them totally. They are here to make money after all.
But the problem is untrue advertisement gives people a wrong impression and leads to a lot of unhappiness.
Why not have different charges like those legal house. Like $XX for 20-25 min or $XX for 45 min. So when we made an appointment, we can chose the duration suitable for ourselves. FL can also charge the rate that they think is worthy for them to provide the service and the rest is up to the market force.
