Oh i forgot to mention Rex Hotel which is also quite class and it suited rite at heart of junction of D.1. You can also try Caravel Hotel(i think it spell like that), there is a restaurant beside it serving freshly brew beer and a chinese seafood restaurant. But of course like what bro Singviet mentioned, since you are in vietnam why go for chinese food, you shoould try local food like thier beef noodles soup.
