Few years ago, if you bought Harmoni Hotel via KAHA, there is different pricing between local & foreigner price. However, it was removed sometimes at the end of 2014.
At this point, if i'm not mistaken, Turi beach & Nongsapoint (Both same owner) still have different pricing for local & foreigner if you bought from KAHA.
