So many interesting views here, I find it strange that TS don't see the need to seek medical help.

Personnal experience to TS, I think I have previously mentioned somewhere there was a period that I had ED and PE.......very shy to seek medical help, I even think why I would need to take medication to fuck (might as well don't it better).

Well, lucky I did, so nowadays I am still enjoying sex when I want to. The doctor 'scolded' me when I explained why it took me about a few months to seek medical help. "You fall sick or you pain, need to see doctor right? This is no different"
