Really terrible experience today. Tried booking a day in advance, she said cannot. Got a slot today, she messaged me 45mins in advance, I replied called 10min later and she has given the slot to someone else. And the tone she had as she told me was terrible! I wonder what is their expectation? That we stare at our phone and reply them immediately?
