Both People's Park Complex and People's Park Centre (opp Chinatown Point) do have several so called "beauty saloons" that do offer something else other than massage. Just walk around and the MLs will wave you in. Pick and choose what and who you like; negotiate carefully before any action otherwise you can kena chop carrot head.
