I am no expert la. maybe my exposure is very much different from you guys. You guys mix a lot with expatriates in the city while i mix more with the locals. Since the starting of my stay in HCMC, i have been around the city with locals, and understand more of what the locals want and do. Coupled with the fact that my wife is a vietnamese...... So i am no expert, just different exposure
