I visited mint today. A very very nice session indeed.
She stays alone in a nice condo and not near MRT.
No street parking so I parked at the nearby market and walked to her place, security ask me to write down my particulars on a visitor log, so I wrote our PM's name and scribbled a different unit number. She later advise me to park in, as usually they won't ask driver to fill up the log, just give a different unit number, they won't check anyway. There is no auto-gate/key pad so no matter how, you still have to face the security.
Aside from the security, my session with her went very well. She is very determine to earn RTM so fellow bros visiting her for the first time, please let her know if there is anything she might have overlook. I have warn her about the common issue - wet towel, answer phone call, short-change time, double booking .. etc.
