I sent her a couple of messages today too, her replies were prompt and friendly, gave me a good impression. LTD website mentioned she only takes in limited clients per day, hence she probably leaves a gap between clients' slots, so not as rushed and more time to manage bookings. Too bad couldn't get a suitable time slot as well...shall try again when I have time (and moolah)
