Hi bro, Mr Hurricane actually mean just show taxi driver the address, they will know how to go. My previous trip also I bring along a small notepad, and write the address down, show it to car or motorbike taxi since i cannot pronounce it.
Or you can show bellboy the address and tell your bellboy to tell the taxi driver, cheaper than you hire a personal car and driver

But if u want hire personal car and driver, my friend have try before, at pham ngu lao area have alot of those shop for local tour and some have private car and driver hire for a day. He pay around 700K for full day, driver can speak english. Have pm you the details.
